Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule.

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise that are out of our control. If you miss your appointment, we will simply work with you to find another date that fits your schedule.

Original You is open Tuesday – Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. We offer additional after hours and weekend appointments by request. All services are provided by appointment only.

Please note that our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas.

We will conduct a thorough evaluation on your first visit to determine the best course of action to achieve cosmetic health and your goals. We will go over your treatment options, provide a detailed quote and answer any questions you may have.

In many cases you will be able to start your treatments on the same day.

Original You offers these payment options:

• Cash, Credit Card, CareCredit, and financing through LendingUSA.
• For Tattoo Removal, we also offer a payment on special package of 8 treatments with 0% interest.

We will require payment at the time of service.

Yes. Original You offers financing for any purchase over $1,000 through LendingUSA. LendingUSA offers a quick application, a soft-credit check to check your rate, and a 0% interest rate if repaid within 6 months.

We also accept CareCredit®. For more information, please ask our staff or visit the website at www.CareCredit.com. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card accepted by a variety of physicians, dentists and veterinarians.

Pricing is determined by the size of the tattoo, and discussed once we have had the opportunity to evaluate your tattoo in person. Your tattoo is unique and will be measured and classified during a free consultation. We do offer significant discounts for prepaying for packages and treating multiple tattoos in the same tattoo removal removal session.

The lasers Original You uses for tattoo removal uses a strong, non-thermal, photomechanical impact to break up ink into microscopic particles. From there Your immune system removes these tiny particles. Since the lasers’ use a high-peak energy with ultra-short pulse durations without causing thermal damage, like q-switch lasers do, we are able to target the tattoo to reduce the risk of complications more common with older technology.

Original You uses both nano and pico second pulse-durations to break up the ink. The use of picosecond (one-trillionth of a second) technology has been shown to reduce the number of treatments need for tattoo removal.

The number of treatment sessions required depends on a number of factors:

• Age of the Tattoo
• Type of Ink Used
• Depth & Density of the Ink
• YOUR Immune System
• Your Aftercare (we’ll give you instructions on how to take care of the treated area, following them will help speed things along).

Original You’s average number of treatment sessions is 7. If for some reason, your number of treatment sessions for a treated area goes past 10 (ten), we will continue to treat the area for up to 1 (one) year at no cost to you. We’re confident in our technology, skill and expertise.

Most tattoos that we treat are completely removed. Original You’s patients are typically satisfied in 7 (seven) treatments or less.

Every tattoo is different, we can’t guarantee your skin will look like it did the day before you got the tattoo (your skin isn’t the same as it was before the tattoo ie: you’re older and likely had additional sun exposure since getting it, unfortunately we all age, although we have tools to help with that too). We will however, not charge you if we go past 10 (ten) treatments at Original You for an entire year (if needed). That’s right, Original You will treat your tattoo for 1 (one) year after your 10th treatment from us, if needed.

No offense, we love seeing our clients, but we love seeing them smile when they come in to show us the final result.

Most patients are happy somewhere between 5-7 treatments (this is why we offer package discounts). Those getting cover-ups, their artists are happy between 1-4 treatments on average.

While we would like to say laser tattoo removal doesn’t hurt, it does. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, we’ve heard it “feels about the same as getting the tattoo” to “like being snapped repeatedly with a bunch of tiny rubber-bands.” Depending on the size of your tattoo, the actual treatment time is very short.

To help make the process more comfortable we do apply cold compress before, during and after treatment. In our experience, ice seems to work just as well or better than a cold air machine or topical.

Since Original You always has medical professionals on staff while our lasers are being used, we offer local anesthetic injections to numb the tattoo being treated. You will few a few needle pokes, but you won’t feel any pain during the laser tattoo removal treatment.
